I am a yoga teacher and wellness guide, with over 4 years of experience accompanying people on their journey towards a more conscious and balanced life.
My practice and teaching are constantly evolving: I like to integrate different tools, styles, and approaches, taking what truly adds value and adapts to each person.
I work primarily with a dynamic style inspired by vinyasa flow, combining fluid movement with balancing poses that strengthen the body, improve concentration, and connect with the present moment.
I deeply believe that yoga is for everyone. It’s not about fitting into a practice, but about the practice adapting to you.
